A familiar phrase heard at Big Hairy Dog is " Great Job - Spin the Wheel!" The employees are rewarded for a job well done, a customer compliment, a team-member appreciation, or maybe just a consistently good attitude, by a spin of the company prize wheel. Winners may win a dinner for two, a gift card, massage, and many other fun and entertaining gifts, depending upon where the wheel stops. (Joe Malaney has been known to spin the best prizes - and is often the stand-in spinner!)
In addition to the prize won, each time the wheel is spun, the recipient is entered into a drawing for a weekend at the Malaney's timeshare vacation home at Lake Tahoe. On the last raffle drawing, Darrell Franklin won and is enjoying some vacation time with his family at the Lake Tahoe cabin!
