Every couple of months, BHD sends a "Courtest Tect Email Survey" out to all customers just to be sure everything is going okay with their Retail Pro system.
Most customers respond to this survey, and those who do, get their name entered into a drawing. A winner is drawn twice a year from all customers who responded to the survey, and the winner receives 5 FREE Tech Hours. This is a $625 value for those current on Software Assurance.
For the first half of 2011, a winner was drawn from all survey responders - and the winner was C'EST LA VIE, a great jewelry and accessories store up in Edmonds, Washington.
