UPDATE: RETAIL PRO WITH WINDOWS v7

Windows v7 is fully approved for use with Retail Pro. The previous 3 qualifiers will exist:

• For Retail Pro v8.6 you must use the 32-bit version of Win7.
• For Retail Pro v9.2 you can use either 32-bit of 64-bit versions of Win7.
• BHD will only support Windows v7 Professional and Ultimate versions.

If you are running Retail Pro on Windows XP, in order to be PCI-Compliant, you must have all the current updates installed.

**PLEASE NOTE: Retail Pro v7 is not compatible with Windows v7.**

Arizona Adding New Zip Codes

Arizona has added zip codes to accommodate their population growth. There have been 20 new zip codes either added or changed. Old postal codes are not recognized by the US Postal Service any longer.

As soon as we receive the list of changed zip codes from the post office in that area, will be update our customers on our blogsite.

A bug has been logged with Retail Pro to get the zip codes changed within the system. We will update you on the progress of this as well.
